Why am I blogging? What do I want for the future?
From there, I would like to concentrate especially on “Women Empowerment and Diversity Management”. I believe that these issues are key factors for a better future and that our awareness and actions should increase in these areas.
I would like to share my findings, my reports, my analyzes, and to grow with you, to make meaning, to contribute. I aim to implement strategic planning and transformation projects for joint intellectual work. And I imagine to interact with you and the institutions to argue these matters.
